Nicholas Associates are closely with a manufacturing business in the Sheffield area who are need of an experienced account manager.
The business exports to 17 countries and have operations in the UK, Europe, USA and Australia. We are seeking a talented and experienced Account Manager to be a key player in driving business growth and fostering long-term strategic relationships with our clients. The role of Account Manager will be responsible for the following areas:
Serving as the primary contact point for clients, addressing inquires, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their objectives and propose tailored solutions to meet their requirements
Identify new sales opportunities with existing clients and pursue leads to acquire new business
Work collaboratively across multi-functional teams, including marketing, product development and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives
Attend industry events and conferences to stay informed about industry trends
Develop a deep understanding of the business's products, services and solutions, including technical specifications and benefits

Strong understanding of energy technologies or a related industry
Proven experience in sales, account management or business development
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to analyse data. identify trends and develop actionable insights
Knowledge of and experience in using solution selling skills and practices
Ability to travel as required to meet and manage portfolio of clients
