Scrum Master - Salary – London: up to £35,000 National: up to £30,000
 


Are you passionate about agile methodologies and ready to drive innovation in a dynamic environment? Aviva is seeking a dynamic individual in the role of Fabric Junior Scrum Master. This pivotal position focuses on supporting both Operations and the Technical team, ensuring effective sprints, timely issue resolution, and championing the automation and simplification of Operational processes.



In this role you will:



  • Collaborate with Product Owners to develop and manage backlogs, ensuring robust prioritization aligned with operational and Fabric goals.


  • Provide effective and consistent communications and reporting to Fabric and IT stakeholders, including external partners.


  • Support service delivery continuity, maintain quality, and enhance overall employee engagement.


  • Navigate through complexity, remove blockages, and drive innovation, setting the stage for future reuse.


  • Ensure decisions are data-driven, applying quantifiable data whenever possible, including benefit quantification.




Skills and experience we’re looking for:



  • Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban, demonstrating the ability to deliver effective solutions.


  • Strong people and project management skills, showcasing proficiency in resource and time management.


  • Ability to navigate both complexity and a high volume of demand.


  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.


  • Reporting and metrics gathering skills with an analytical approach for continuous improvement.



What you’ll get for this role:



  • Salary – London: up to £35,000 National: up to £30,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).


  • Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary, actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s
