The Role
We are looking for a Visitor Centre and Bike Hire Assistant with fantastic customer service skills to engage with visitors to our National Park. Youll be responsible for welcoming visitors, giving them information and answering queries so they have a great experience in the park. The role involves the maintenance and safe issue of bikes to visitors wanting to explore by bike. A bike maintenance qualification is not essential and we can provide training, but a keen interest in bikes and some mechanical aptitude is a must.
This post is for 29 hours 40 mins (4 days a week) over the 38 week bike hire season (mid Feb to early Nov). The pay is annualised, meaning you get the same amount of salary across the whole year.
