What You’ll Do

You’ll be the critical link between Rivelin’s technology and our customers’ operations. Your role ensures successful deployment, commissioning, and optimization of robotic systems directly at customer sites:

• Lead on-site deployments, integration, and commissioning of Rivelin robotic systems.
• Collaborate closely with customers to troubleshoot, optimize, and refine system performance.
• Provide technical support and expert training to customer teams.
• Coordinate closely with internal engineering teams to tailor hardware and software solutions.
• Conduct customer Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and deliver demonstrations of Rivelin’s technology.
• Gain deep expertise in NetShape, our flagship robot control, teaching, and perception platform.

Who You Are

• You hold a degree, equivalent apprenticeship or industrial experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
• Experienced in robotics, automation, or industrial machinery deployment (e.g. panel building).
• Strong problem-solving and hands-on troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable working directly with customers, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly to customer sites, domestically and internationally.
• (bonus) Experience in CAD software (ideally Fusion 360) is advantageous.
• (bonus) Familiarity with PLC programming (IEC 61131-3) and Beckhoff TwinCAT environment is a plus.
