EXPEIRENCED BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER / TECHNICAL SALES EXECUTIVE WITH A BACKGROUND IN WASTE MANAGEMENT / HAZARDOUS WASTE / INDUSTRIAL SERVICES / BROKERED WASTE / CHEMICAL SERVICES REQUIRED TO FEED WORK INTO DEPOT

TITLE: Business Development Manager / Technical Sales Executive – Hazardous Waste

SALARY: Circa £40-50K plus uncapped Bonus, Car or Allowance

LOCATION: Area role covering the Yorkshire

YOU MAY BE A: Hazardous Waste Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Manager, Senior Sales Executive, Waste Management Business Development Executive, Technical Sales Executive, Liquid Waste Sales Executive, Industrial Services Business Development Manager

ROLE: Business Development Manager / Technical Sales Executive – Hazardous Waste

You will look to deliver profitable hazardous waste management services contracts and large one-off jobs in the surrounding area – Tankered Services, Drummed and Palletised Waste and work with the technical function to ensure material be handled through the businessYou will cold call, lead generate, follow up enquiries You will maintain a sales pipelineYou may be required to deliver presentations, provide consultation and deliver a more solution-based pitch

EXPERIENCE: Business Development Manager / Technical Sales Manager – Hazardous Waste

You will have experience delivering vs target in a similar new business role selling waste management or brokered waste services.

You will have a reasonable technical understanding and be able to work with effectively communicate with a technical team, you will have enough exposure to hazardous waste to understand the requirements of pre-acceptance

You will be happy to commute regionally but also spend 2 days a week at the depot, UK driving licence essential

Any chemistry-based qualifications a plus, but the focus will be on sales skills.
