For:Level 4 Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or an equivalent recognised qualification is essential. A DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.

Adaptability, reliability, and a genuine interest in education and training. Experience supporting pupils with SEND is highly beneficial. A solid understanding of phonics would be advantageous.
