Job Description

  • Maintaining a safe and secure environment & ensure safe access to buildings at all times
  • Carrying out patrols/hazard reporting etc as requested
  • Ensuring all Health & Safety policies are adhered to
  • Completing all necessary reports in line with company documentation
  • Access / Egress control
  • Monitoring of alarms & CCTV system
  • Key Holding responsibilities
  • Controlling and monitoring access to the carparks
  • Adhering to policies and procedures at all times
  • General refuse management & ensuring overall tidiness on site
  • Provide a high standard of customer service
  • Be polite, helpful, and diligent, with a ‘can do’ ethos
  • Have a calm personality capable of controlling difficult situations.

Essential Skills

  • Valid Door Supervision SIA licence
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • High levels of written and verbal communication skills
  • Fully comprehensive 5-year work/unemployment/education history screenable to BS7858
