Twinkl’s B2B team is scaling rapidly across global markets. We’re looking for a Global B2B AI Growth Hacker to drive AI adoption across the sales funnel and streamline workflows. This strategic role is essential for enhancing sales efficiency, boosting conversion rates, and delivering intelligent insights that help our global B2B team thrive.
You’ll be a force multiplier for our B2B team—embedding AI into lead generation, prospecting, and conversion strategies. If you’re passionate about sales automation, AI tooling, and optimising commercial funnels with cutting-edge tech, this role is for you.

About The Role
Twinkl’s B2B team is scaling rapidly across global markets. We’re looking for a Global B2B AI Growth Hacker to drive AI adoption across the sales funnel and streamline workflows. This strategic role is essential for enhancing sales efficiency, boosting conversion rates, and delivering intelligent insights that help our global B2B team thrive.
You’ll be a force multiplier for our B2B team—embedding AI into lead generation, prospecting, and conversion strategies. If you’re passionate about sales automation, AI tooling, and optimising commercial funnels with cutting-edge tech, this role is for you.
Ongoing projects / How you’ll spend your day
- Embedding AI into the sales and marketing funnels for prospecting, outreach, and conversion
- Run data driven experiments to uplevel our campaigns and processes.
- Be responsible for our defining the appropriate lead stages, correct routing, funnel performance, and pipeline creation for our marketing programs
- Build and optimize repeatable processes, templates, and best practices for campaigns
- Establish the data collection for key demand metrics across the funnel, working closely with our data analysts and using this data to make informed decisions on what experiments to run quarterly to improve account engagement and pipeline creation
- Work closely with reps and sales leadership across the organization to understand business objectives and translate those into impactful programs that achieve desired outcomes
- Data and reporting for campaigns
- Developing automated workflows using tools like HubSpot, Flowwise, Zapier and AI-powered platforms
- Leveraging AI for lead scoring, customer journey personalisation, and more
- Enriching data in HubSpot via Meltwater and various AI tools and workflows
- LinkedIn and paid ads performance tracking, automation and campaign testing.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale successful AI pilots into production
- Staying at the forefront of AI innovation in B2B to trial and recommend emerging tools

To Succeed In The Role, You Will
- Bring knowledge of AI tooling and how it impacts the sales lifecycle
- Be confident using CRMs like HubSpot, Apollo, or Outreach to power AI workflows
- Have experience working in fast-paced B2B or SaaS sales environments
- Thrive in cross-functional roles where collaboration is key
- Be analytical, tech-savvy, and curious—constantly seeking out better solutions
- How to scale AI experimentation into global B2B operations
- Commercial strategy across diverse global markets
- Agile sales enablement through data-led, innovative approaches
- Cutting-edge sales and marketing tech stacks
- Twinkl’s Global B2B sales and marketing teams
- Marketing, growth, sales, engineering and data teams building automation pipelines
- AI and innovation leads to pilot and scale new tools
- Senior leadership to align AI initiatives with commercial objectives
- 2+ years in B2B sales, growth, or marketing
- Experience with sales automation & AI-powered CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, AirTable)
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
- Hands-on experience using Zapier, Make, Flowise, or similar tools
- Bonus: Experience with enterprise sales strategies or leading large-scale funnel optimisation
