We are looking for an Operations Support Coordinator for a permanent position based with our client in Sheffield.

Immediate start available (Subject to interview process)

Salary is £27,500 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Operations Manager and team with daily administrative tasks.
• Maintain and update training records, tackle and warehousing registers and more.
• Complete internal and external forms along with costing sheets accurately.
• Keep physical and digital filing systems organised and up to date.
• Ensure all paperwork is properly maintained and accessible.
• Assist with general office duties and additional tasks assigned by the operations team and company directors.
• Assist with administrative tasks to support our Accounts Team.
• Communicate professionally via phone and email with internal and external stakeholders.
• Look proactively for ways to improve daily operations.

Key Requirements:

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Proficient in all Microsoft office software.
• Have a confident and professional telephone manner.
• Reliable with excellent timekeeping.
• Able to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines.
• A positive attitude and flexible approach to work.
