Role: Registered Home Manager – Complex Needs Nursing Home

Location: Sheffield

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 per annum

NMC Registered Nurse Qualification Required

Are you an experienced and passionate leader ready to take on a rewarding challenge? We’re looking for a strong, driven Home Manager to lead a large, specialist nursing home in Sheffield, supporting residents with a wide range of complex needs, including:

• Dementia (including advanced and complex presentations)


• Mental health conditions


• Neuro-disabilities


• Physical disabilities

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with clinical expertise and leadership experience to make a significant impact in a home that has already made great strides forward. Previously rated ‘Requires Improvement’, the most recent CQC inspection is expected to be ‘Good’, reflecting the positive direction of travel.

About the Role:

• Lead and manage a well-established, large nursing home with a focus on person-centred, specialist care


• Continue driving quality improvements and clinical excellence across all areas


• Build and develop a positive, high-performing team culture


• Work closely with regional support and clinical leads to sustain and build on the home's progress


• Grow occupancy while maintaining high standards of care

We’re Looking For:

• A Registered Nurse (NMC PIN required)


• A proven leader with strong CQC knowledge, ideally with a “Good” inspection under your belt


• Experience in managing large services and supporting residents with complex clinical and behavioural needs


• A proactive, hands-on manager with a positive, energetic outlook


• Excellent people management, communication, and operational skills


• Longevity in previous roles and a passion for high-quality care
