About the Role

Our customer, a leading health insurance and wellbeing company, is looking for a Senior Agile Delivery Lead to support two of their core squads. You will bring a deep understanding of Kanban, with the ability to flex across other Agile methodologies where needed. Organisation, forward planning, and strong project management skills are key – but above all, we want to see your passion for great delivery.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Driving a culture of high performance, collaboration, and accountability

  • Facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing dependencies, and proactively resolving blockers

  • Planning ahead, keeping delivery on track, and ensuring stakeholders are well-informed

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong experience in Agile delivery, with expertise in Kanban and knowledge of other methodologies

  • A proactive mindset – someone who thrives on organisation, planning, and execution

  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and projects effectively

  • A strong communicator and collaborator, able to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Passion for delivering high-quality solutions that make a real difference in health and wellbeing

The Benefits:

  • Health & Wellbeing: Health cash plan and private health insurance.

  • Financial: Corporate bonus scheme and employer pension match up to 10%.

  • Work-Life Balance: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, enhanced parental leave, and volunteering opportunities.

  • Recognition: Awards and initiatives to celebrate employee contributions.

  • Perks: Free onsite gym, wellbeing workshops, and death-in-service benefit.

If you are excited by the challenge and ready to make an impact, we would love to hear from you.
