Job Title: Data & Planning Analyst





Job Description



We are seeking a highly skilled Data & Planning Analyst with a strong proficiency in advanced Excel techniques and a keen eye for data analysis. This role involves consolidating complex data through the use of collection templates, supporting project and programme leads, and assisting in the completion of planning templates and business cases.



Responsibilities

• Utilise advanced Excel skills, including power query and complex formulas, to manage data effectively.
• Consolidate complex data using collection templates.
• Provide assistance to project and programme leads in completing planning templates and business cases.
• Develop and manage SharePoint forms and lists to support data management.
• Understand and contribute to financial budgeting and planning processes.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in advanced Excel techniques, including pivot tables and power query.
• Experience in data analysis and forecasting.
• Strong skills in schedule planning and Excel analysis.
• Ability to generate clear and concise reports.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of SharePoint forms and lists is preferred.
• Familiarity with financial budgeting and planning.
• Tech and financial industry knowledge is preferred.
• Experience using Tableau for data visualisation.
