The role

Please note: my client is not looking for box tickers. The below is indicative - if you don't meet every item, don't be put off. -> BEng or MEng

-> Minimum 2 year's experience, ideally in a multi-disciplinary consultancy environment

-> Experience delivering development projects from planning through to design and construction, including preparation of flood risk assessments

-> Proficiency in Civil 3D, Causeway Flow, and/or MicroDrainage, with strong knowledge of underlying hydraulic principles

-> Experience liaising with stakeholders on S104, S38, S278, and S185 agreements and planning consents

-> Ability to work independently on multiple projects, effectively managing your own time and consistently meeting deadlines

-> Proficiently communicates with clients and collaborates with the wider design teams. When necessary, actively participate in meetings and site visits

-> Possesses knowledge of ISO900 QMS standards and procedures

-> Motivated to deliver exceptional service to the clients

-> Committed to self-led professional development, continuously enhancing your skills

-> Be chartered or on the journey to chartership

-> Are self-driven, pro-active and positive, with an ability to 'own it' and problem solve
