Location: Sheffield (with hybrid working)

Salary: £80,000–£140,000 basic + OTE £180K+

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years’ PQE in commercial property law


• A strong track record in acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant matters, and development work


• A commercial, client-first approach


• Leadership skills and/or ambitions to grow and mentor a team

What’s on Offer:

• Salary: £80,000–£140,000 (DOE)


• OTE exceeding £180,000
