My client are looking for experienced Senior and Principal Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Consultants to join a well-established, UK-wide environmental consultancy working across infrastructure, energy, water, transport, and development sectors.
This is a remote-first role, with flexibility to suit your lifestyle and occasional site or office meetings. Senior EIA Consultant:
- 4+ years’ consultancy experience in EIA

- Project management and client liaison experience
- IEMA or CIEEM membership (or similar)
Principal EIA Consultant:
- 7+ years’ EIA consultancy experience
- Proven track record managing and delivering complex EIA projects
- Leadership skills and experience mentoring others
- In-depth knowledge of relevant environmental law and planning frameworks
Why join us?
- Work remotely from anywhere in the UK
- Be part of a supportive, values-driven team with a personal, not corporate feel
- Access a diverse project portfolio across major sectors
- Flexible working arrangements and a strong focus on wellbeing
- Opportunities for progression and continued professional development
Benefits include:
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (with additional days for long service)
- Matched pension contributions
