A well-established engineering business operating in the aerospace supply chain is seeking a commercially minded and organised individual to join its growing team.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting cost estimation, supplier coordination, and internal commercial operations. It’s ideal for someone early in their career or looking to grow into a commercial or technical support role within a high-performance engineering environment.

Role Overview

Work alongside technical, commercial, and sales teams to gather input for project quotations.

Assist with the preparation of costing models and pricing proposals.

Learn to read and interpret engineering documentation over time.

Help identify cost-effective supply chain options by liaising with external vendors.

Maintain and update internal commercial databases and documentation.

Support general administrative tasks, including document handling and communications.

Attend internal meetings to contribute to planning and progress tracking.

What We’re Looking For

A motivated, detail-focused team player.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Ideally holds an HND, degree, or equivalent in a business, engineering, or technical subject.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and standard digital tools.

Prior experience in an administrative or commercial support role is a plus.

Background in manufacturing or engineering environments is desirable, though not essential.
