Area Manager - Amazon Fresh, Fulfillment Center & Operations Management - #1691275

Amazon is hiring Area Managers for our Fulfillment Centers (FCs). We are a globally recognized brand, distributing millions of products annually to our loyal customers.

Key focus areas include maintaining quality, enhancing customer experience, controlling costs, and improving productivity within your department.

1. Review work forecasts and determine productivity requirements to meet overall building objectives.


2. Lead proactive cost improvement initiatives for operational efficiency.


3. Implement process improvements using Lean tools and methodologies.

Other requirements:

• Experience managing employees and evaluating their performance.


• Familiarity with performance metrics and process improvement strategies.


• Flexibility to work weekends and/or overnight shifts regularly.

Manage and improve performance metrics to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and a positive customer experience.

• Gain thorough understanding of warehouse operations.


• Learn and implement best practices across the Amazon network.


• Support the deployment of new tools, products, and processes to enhance operations.


• Monitor site metrics to identify areas for improvement.

The GSF Fresh Hub team is developing the supply chain for front-end spokes, managing a network of hubs supplying groceries, produce, and perishables.
