About the Position


We are seeking both Senior Quantity Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors to join our ever growing Sheffield team. The roles will be based from our Sheffield Office Office and work on a number of varied projects, predominately in the commercial and healthcare sectors. With an increasing workload over a wide range of projects we are seeking additional team members at both mid and senior levels. We are looking for Quantity Surveyors who will fit in well with our friendly team and not only be involved in all aspects of Quantity Surveying from cost planning and pre-contract documentation to final account, but who are also looking to take on additional responsibilities outside of a technical remit. Qualifications


A degree or similar qualification and ideally MRICS or qualified by depth of Experience for the Senior Quantity Surveyor position.


Experience / Skills required



  • A minimum of 5 -10 years’ experience.

  • Able to work independently and in a small team environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an attention to detail and be able to read and interpret instructions carefully

  • Ability to interact well with Clients

  • Have a professional presentation

  • Be able to work efficiently and to remain calm under pressure.

  • Additionally, an understanding of M&E would be advantageous


Project Delivery


Candidates will be expected to perform in a customer facing environment, providing pre and post contract cost management advice to a range of clients across the built environment sectors.
