Following a recent internal promotion, we are excited to be recruiting for a Quality Coordinator. In this varied role, you’ll be providing excellent customer service to both patients and healthcare professionals, carrying out administration to meet industry standards and will also spend one day a week be packaging and posting items from our onsite distribution centre.

Key Details:

• Job Title: Quality Coordinator
• Location: Chapeltown, Sheffield, S35 2PW
• Working Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday
• Contract: Permanent
  
  

Your main responsibilities:

• Processing quality complaints within company guidelines
• Arranging the collection of samples and products
• Providing ongoing support and updates to customers
• Packaging products and coordinating their return to manufacturers/customers
• Chasing manufacturers for any outstanding tasks and reports
• Sending closeout letters to customers
• Ensuring the systems are up to date at all times
  
  

What you need to succeed:

• Experience in and a passion for customer service
• An empathetic and supportive approach
• Administration experience and excellent attention to detail
• Confidence liaising with stakeholders of all levels
• The ability to handle large boxes and lift items of up to 16kg
