Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations across 3 showrooms

• Lead and support a team of 8 designers

• Maintain showroom standards and customer experience

• Monitor team performance and drive sales

• Liaise with senior management on business strategy

Requirements:

• Experience in showroom, retail, or design management

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Passion for premium interiors and customer service

• Full UK driving licence (travel between sites required)
