We are working in partnership to recruit a Project Manager for an expanding UK technology business.
The role is a permanent full time position, whereby as Project Manager you can work on a fully remote basis.
The position requires a candidate to conduct excellent project management skills with a customer centric focus and an ability to manage relations.
Key Duties:
- Ensure high quality technology solutions customer onboarding
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage timelines, reduce risks and ensure customers are set up for success
- Lead the end to end planning and delivery of implementation projects for a group of clients
- Work closely with Implementation teams and partner with other teams
- Act as a central point of contact for clients throughout the lifecycle
- Drive project delivery plans and tailor to individual requirements
- Support customers through the transition, ensuring training and adoption strategies are in place
- Identify, track and resolve issues
- Provide transparent structured reporting to clients and internal stakeholders
- Escalation management
- Contribute to improve onboarding and drive scale
Candidates will ideally possess implementation delivery, digital or SaaS transformation. Excellent stakeholder management, customer facing communication and strong commercial awareness are also relevant traits. Proficiency in Project Management tools is required.
