Are you a Level 3 primary teaching assistant? Higher level teaching assistant? Or perhaps an ECT coming to the end of your training and looking for your next steps?

We have had several level 3 / HLTA primary support roles in Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster and Chesterfield come through and more in the pipeline.
These are also great opportunity for ECT to gain more experience within primary settings, before commiting to a teaching role.
Rate of pay is dependent on current grade, experience, and payroll method - £100 - £120 per day.
Full time and part time opportunities available.
Main duties include:
- Supporting the teacher to carry out agreed learning activities
- Support the pupils in the classroom, assisting individuals or groups
- Preparing resources
- Some planning may be required
- Monitoring and recording the pupils progress
- May be needed to supervise whole classes during short term teacher absence

- Moving forward you will have a dedicated compliance officer who will help you complete any necessary checks (such as DBS and referencing). With a plethora of experience in this role they will be able to help you complete this as swiftly and smoothly as possible.
- Your local consultant will keep in touch throughout the process and keep you up to date with school information, roles and responsibilities etc.
- On compliance completion you are good to go!
- Ongoing CPD is available to all of our candidates through A+
