Job Title: PMO Analyst
Location: Sheffield (3 days per week onsite)
Salary/Rate: £262.50 Per Day
Start Date: 26/05/25
Job Type: 6 Month Initial Contract Inside IR35

Company Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a PMO Analyst to join the Central PMO team within our financial crime transformation programme.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives
You will be responsible for ensuring smooth project execution and effective communication with stakeholders across the bank.

1. Liaising with stakeholders across the bank in relation to the transformation programme


2. Maintaining accurate documentation of project information, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports


3. General project administration tasks such as: Managing and sending invites to meetings, minute taking and distribution of relevant documentation


4. Accurate documentation of project milestones


5. Reporting of relevant project data to key stakeholders / groups

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

1. Previous project/PMO experience in the banking/financial services industry is ideal


2. Strong administration and document experience in previous transformation projects


3. Experience of working on transformation programmes in financial crime would be advantageous


4. Highly organised and detail-oriented


5. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook etc


6. Experience in minute taking


7. Self-starter with a strong work ethic
