Multi Trader - Social Housing Scheme (Sheffield)

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Multi Trader to join our team on a social housing project in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to contribute to the improvement of local housing.

Position: Multi Trader Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire Pay: £190 per day Shift: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday Duration: Ongoing contract CSCS Card: Required Own Transport & Tools: Essential

As a Multi Trader, your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Tiling (walls and floors)

• Fitting skirting boards

• Window fitting

• Installing door handles

• Assisting kitchen fitters with installations

• General multi-trade tasks as required on-site

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader, particularly within the social housing sector

• A valid CSCS card

• Own transport and a full driving license

• Own set of tools for the role

• Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet project deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship

• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with other trades on-site

• Competitive daily rate of £190

• Monday to Friday working hours with weekends off
