Support Worker - Sheffield Day Services
Part-time hours available (must be able to work more than 20 hours due to shift pattern)

Join our friendly and welcoming team at Sheffield Day Services, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, where you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives. We provide creative, dynamic, and person-centred services, offering a range of individualised support to people living in a Day Centre.
Your role will involve supporting adults with Autism and learning disabilities to lead meaningful and active lives. This includes encouraging independence through skill building and active choices, and engaging in activities both within the day centre and the community. The role may involve budgeting, personal care, and travel with clients to and from their homes.

Working hours are typically weekdays between 8am and 4.30pm. Infrequent evenings and weekends may be required for specific events.
Previous experience is desirable, but full training will be provided. An enhanced adult DBS check is required for successful applicants.
