CCMS is not an employment agency; we assist our clients in recruiting their own support workers as part of our case management service. You will be employed directly by the client, while CCMS oversees all aspects of the care package.

We offer a bespoke Case Management Service for individuals of all ages, with a focus on those recovering from acquired brain injuries.

Our goal is to empower and support people to reach their full potential, maximizing rehabilitation opportunities to promote a high quality of life.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Female Support Worker to join us full-time to support a young lady with cerebral palsy and other complex needs living independently. The client is a wheelchair user, communicates through gestures and low-tech methods, and can express her wishes to familiar people.

The client enjoys shopping, bowling, and watching films.

*UK Driving Licence is essential

This is a full-time position with day and night shifts available.

Salary:

• £14.88 per hour for waking days


• £15.43 per hour for waking nights

• The role involves enabling the client to participate in rehabilitation, social, and recreational activities, and supporting her independence.


• Flexible support required for 2-1 care, 24/7, including holidays and weekends.


• Excellent communication skills and a desire to provide personalized support are essential. Previous experience with young adults is preferred. Ability to participate in activities such as hydrotherapy and outdoor pursuits is desirable.


• The role requires full moving and handling skills and personal care.


• Full training, input from therapists, and supervision by the Case Manager will be provided.
