Instock Catalogue Manager - 12 Month FTC, Amazon Fresh

Amazon Fresh Online is seeking a talented and driven Instock Catalogue Manager. This role focuses on developing and implementing long-term solutions for catalogue management, creating standardized operating procedures (SOPs), and driving continuous improvement in catalogue operations.


The role involves close collaboration with senior Instock Managers to analyze and execute strategies aimed at ensuring catalogue effectiveness.


Note: This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement long-term solutions for catalogue management challenges.

  2. Develop and maintain SOPs for catalogue operations.

  3. Partner with PMs and PST to influence technical roadmaps and drive automation initiatives.

  4. Lead strategic projects to enhance catalogue accuracy and efficiency.


Stakeholder Management

  1. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across business units.

  2. Present regular updates to leadership on catalogue health and improvements.

  3. Drive cross-functional collaboration between local teams, PMs, and Vulcan POCs.


Process Improvement

  1. Identify opportunities for process automation and standardization.

  2. Create and implement best practices for catalogue management.

  3. Lead change management initiatives for new processes and tools.

  4. Develop mechanisms for measuring and reporting catalogue performance.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 6 months professional experience in a relevant field.

  • Fluent in written and verbal English communication.

  • Proficient in MS Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Basic knowledge of SQL.
