The Role:

We are seeking an experienced, confident Barista with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy café or hospitality environment. You will be responsible for crafting a wide range of beverages to the highest standards, maintaining a clean and vibrant bar area, delivering outstanding customer service, and supporting day-to-day operations with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a full menu of coffees, teas, and specialty drinks with consistency and attention to detail.


• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness throughout the bar area.


• Perform daily coffee machine cleaning and maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.


• Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service to all customers.


• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly.


• Manage stock levels, assist with inventory control, and ensure the bar area is fully stocked and organised.


• Support a positive and collaborative team environment, helping to create an atmosphere where customers and colleagues feel valued and welcomed.


• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.


• Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts.
