CFO - Healthcare SaaS - Private Equity Backed - #1700964

£200k - £220k Plus Bonus & Equity

Finatal is currently working with a private equity-backed SaaS business based in Sheffield, looking for a CFO.

The business is currently operating at £30m ARR and delivering c. 20% YoY organic growth.

The team are looking for a CFO who will need to professionalize their data and systems whilst adding commercial & strategic value alongside the CEO.

The business will continue to acquire bolt-ons, where the CFO will be a key position when integrating and managing external parties.

The ideal candidate would be a team builder and PE savvy CFO who can get stuck in and make a tangible difference quickly.

They will need to have strong stakeholder management internally and externally as well as it would be beneficial to have experience operating on an international scale. It would also be beneficial for the candidate to have ERP implementation experience.

Experience implementing best-in-class SaaS metrics & KPI’s is a must and PE experience ideally culminating in a successful exit to either secondary equity or trade is beneficial.
