Cromwell Tools Export
We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Divisional Sales Manager to lead our team across Yorkshire and East Yorkshire, including Sheffield, Leeds, Hull, and the surrounding areas. You’ll be out in the field three days a week, so you’ll need to live within a realistic commuting distance.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are passionate about putting customers first, challenging the status quo, and delivering results with urgency—this is your opportunity to lead with purpose and impact.

This role is all about sales leadership, not operations. You’ll be leading a team of up to 10 sales professionals, responsible for unlocking their potential to drive growth with both existing and new customers. You’ll be accountable for the overall performance of the division, including revenue, margin, and strategic growth.

Your Role – Lead with Our Principles

Start with the Customer – Coach and develop your team to build strong relationships and truly understand customer needs, tailored to the region.

Embrace Curiosity – Challenge traditional sales approaches, explore new ideas, and harness technology to sell smarter.

Act with Intent – Create and execute strategic sales plans aligned to business goals, using insights and data to guide your decisions.

Compete with Urgency – Drive results, push boundaries, and keep your team ahead in a competitive market.

Win as One Team – Collaborate across functions, share wins, and cultivate a high-energy, results-focused culture.

Invest in Our Success & Do the Right Thing – Develop your team daily, lead with integrity, and contribute to long-term business growth within a high-performance culture.

What You Bring

  • A strong background in sales management, ideally in MRO or a related sector
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire regional sales teams
  • A commercial and strategic mindset with a track record of delivering results
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive, hands-on leadership style
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude that motivates and energises your team

What's In It For You

  • Competitive Salary
  • Commission paid monthly
  • Company Car
  • Competitive annual leave allowance with annual purchase scheme
  • Group Personal Pension
  • Company Funded Healthcare Cash Plan
  • Commitment to employee development plans
  • 24/7 Wellbeing and Employee Support
  • Cycle to work scheme

Other benefits include Company Sick Pay, Company Maternity & Paternity Pay, Discount Benefits Platform and Discounted Cromwell Products.

This is your chance to lead, innovate, and grow with a company that’s built on teamwork, ambition, and doing the right thing.
