Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and / or deliver engaging lessons tailored to student needs
- Create an inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational outcomes
- Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and the school community
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (ECT's are welcomed!)
- Experience in education is desirable
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching
