The processes at the FCs are largely manual involving large numbers of associates. One of the most critical roles is that of a process associate who mentors/guides the associates towards ensuring meeting customer expectations by following our standard work practice, keeping safety & quality in mind.

1. Daily Management of shift:




1. Administrative management of associates


2. Job allocation to associates


3. Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality, and safety


4. Monitor status of counts and problem-solve queues




2. Responsible for shift quality and associated action plans


3. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates


4. Conduct a 4M and 5S audit for the respective workstations on a daily basis


5. Stand-in for Area Manager

- Speak, write, and read fluently in English

- Experience with Excel
