At B. Braun, we play a critical part in protecting and improving the lives of patients. We are currently looking for people to work in our Production Unit to help get essential supplies out to our healthcare customers.
You will be part of the training team delivering effective training packages to team members on the manufacture of sterile products to feed patients both in hospitals and at home, supporting the Hospital Care business. Teamwork is key – you will be part of a large manufacturing team, which involves collaboration and caring for your teammates. You will be working in a sterile manufacturing facility.

Working Hours:
Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week. There is a requirement to work 2 Saturdays a year in November/December. We work all bank holidays except for Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured training packages to individuals or groups.
- Ensure standards are maintained through coaching and feedback.
- Maintain training and observation records.
- Prepare materials and paperwork for training sessions.
- Assist in re-training and re-validation of staff.
- Observe production staff and document performance.
- Mentor and coordinate induction training for new operators.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and act as a role model.
- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in training roles.
- Enthusiasm and drive to motivate others.
- Effective communication skills across all levels.
- Organized and self-sufficient.
- Engaging and encouraging in training.
- Experience in production or manufacturing is desirable.
