Salary: £29,000 - £36,200 (£4,700 overtime + £2,500 commission).

This role involves connecting people with what matters most, through installing and maintaining broadband, TV, and phone services, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent customer service. No experience is necessary as full training and support are provided, including a dedicated mentor.

What You'll Do

• Install and maintain broadband, TV, and phone services to customers' homes.


• Resolve technical issues quickly to ensure continuous connectivity.


• Deliver exceptional customer service to leave customers satisfied.


• Work independently with support from a team.
