The purpose of this role is to support the Marketing Executive in delivering the Kinetic Solutions Group marketing plan, including both external and internal communications. This role will assist in executing marketing campaigns, developing content, and enhancing the company’s internal and external presence, contributing to business growth and engagement with key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide internal marketing support by assisting various teams with branded materials, presentations, and communications to ensure consistency and alignment.
  • Assist in executing integrated external marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Support the creation, design, and production of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, case studies, product branding, social media content and advertising.
  • Maintain and update the company’s social media channels with engaging and relevant content.
  • Assist with the regular updates of company websites, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand identity.
  • Help organise and coordinate industry exhibitions, market engagement seminars, workshops, and other business events.
  • Support KSG’s ESG activities with partner organisations including The Sheffield College and Skills Street.
  • Set up and monitor marketing analytics, including social media performance, website traffic, and campaign effectiveness, providing insights for improvement.
  • Assist in the creation of email marketing campaigns and online promotional activities.
  • Support content development for various channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Work with internal teams and external agencies to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Help manage CRM data and track engagement to identify new opportunities for marketing outreach.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines in all marketing materials and communications.
  • Provide administrative support to the team as required.
  • Work with external business partners and agencies to support marketing and business development activities.


Candidate Profile:


  • Passion for marketing, branding, and digital communications.
  • Organised with strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with social media management and content creation.
  • Qualification in Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Social Media, or a related business discipline, or relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is desirable but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for events and exhibitions.


Experience:


  • Some experience in a marketing, communications, or business development role is beneficial.
  • Exposure to social media marketing, content creation is an advantage.
  • Experience of using Excel and other data applications.
  • Experience of online email marketing platforms.
  • Experience of using CRM software.

The role reports to the Marketing Executive, helping to support the group’s objectives of growth in all markets and sectors.
