Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Onsite Marketing Executive to manage and implement our onsite marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for the execution and optimisation of marketing landing pages, homepage banners, navigation, pop-ups, and onsite recommendations within both the UK and our turbo countries (Australia, New Zealand, USA and Canada), to enhance user engagement and drive conversions and product adoption. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital marketing, user experience, and website optimisation while ensuring seamless execution and brand consistency across all onsite marketing elements.

Key Responsibilities
Onsite Marketing Implementation
- Build and publish marketing landing pages to support campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
- Upload and update homepage banners, ensuring timely execution and accuracy.
- Deploy onsite pop-ups to promote offers, announcements, and lead capture initiatives.
- Implement and manage onsite recommendation modules to enhance personalization and user engagement.
- Ensure all onsite elements align with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and best practices.
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, engagement rates, product adoption and bounce rates to measure the effectiveness of onsite marketing initiatives.
- Conduct A/B testing for onsite marketing and recommendations to optimise performance.
- Collaborate with the product design, creative, SEO and content teams to enhance the visual and messaging effectiveness of onsite assets.
- Monitor website performance to ensure onsite elements do not negatively impact user experience.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders through clear communication and completing requests punctually.
- Manage and maintain a calendar for onsite marketing placements, ensuring timely execution of promotions and campaigns.
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-device compatibility of all onsite marketing assets.
- Identify and troubleshoot any errors or issues related to onsite content (e.g., broken links, incorrect uploads).
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus or enthusiasm to learn.
- Experience with Google Analytics, A/B testing tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3+ years of experience in onsite marketing, digital marketing, or website content management.
- Experience in eCommerce, retail, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) industries.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for landing pages and onsite content.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
