We are looking for a Field Sales Account Executive in Sheffield, Leeds & Doncaster !
As a Field Sales Account Executive you are responsible for goal attainment at many levels of the business, but within an assigned geographical area and you will be required to live within that same area. Call points will be Professional Hair And Beauty Salons. You will exemplify business acumen to maintain and develop plans in the direct sale of Beauty Works Professional products.
In addition you will develop the territory by generating a strong lead list of professional salon prospects. As well as striving for new business you will have the ability to ring-fence, grow and develop existing accounts.
In all of these aspects face to face account management is a pre requisite. This will require you to be on the road visiting salons for the majority of your working week. You should have a proven track record of sales achievements, ideally in The Professional Hair and Beauty Sector.
You will work in collaboration with The Regional Sales & Training Manager and fellow team members in order to execute the corporate directives.
You need to be highly skilled professional that is resourceful, independent, and self-disciplined with the ability to develop and maintain business relationships. Strong in persuasion, presentation and with a clear focused mindset.
Required Attributes
- Minimum 3 years on the road sales experience is essential
- Background in the hair and beauty industry much preferred, but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Have the ability to create strong and trustworthy business relationships
- Achieve results with integrity and interact at all levels effectively
- Results driven to achieve individual plus team targets across all sectors of the business
- Strong negotiation and selling techniques
- Strong listening skills
- A professional ‘get it done’ attitude
