Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Donor Perfect).

What will you be doing?

Donor Relationship Management Develop and nurture personal relationships with donors, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated. Donor Engagement Engage with donors regularly via calls, emails, and events, providing updates on the impact of their contributions and opportunities for further involvement. Fundraising Support Assist in the creation and execution of fundraising campaigns, including personalized outreach and follow-up with donors to secure gifts and pledges. Donor Stewardship Ensure timely acknowledgments, recognition, and personalized updates on donations, fostering long-term relationships. Retention Strategies Create strategies to increase donor retention and maintain long-term partnerships. Collaboration Work closely with fundraising, marketing, and events teams to align donor engagement with organizational goals. Reporting Track and report donor activity, providing insights and recommendations to improve fundraising and relationship management. Event Coordination Help organize and host donor events, creating opportunities for donors to connect with the organization and its mission.
