As aPrimary School Teacher, you will inspire young learners, encouraging them to explore new ideas, develop their skills, and build the confidence they need to succeed in school and beyond. You’ll work closely with a supportive team of staff, creating engaging lessons and ensuring each child feels valued and understood. Your enthusiasm and dedication will play a vital role in shaping their educational journey and helping them achieve their best.


Your responsibilities will include:




  • Planning and delivering engaging lessonsthat cater to the diverse learning needs of students.

  • Creating apositive and inclusive classroom environmentwhere every student feels valued and supported.

  • Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback to encourage growth.

  • Supporting thesocial, emotional, and academic development of studentsthrough tailored teaching methods.

  • Collaborating with other teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure students’ needs are met.

  • Maintainingeffective classroom managementto ensure a focused and respectful learning atmosphere.


  • Organising and participating in school events, extracurricular activities, and trips to enrich students' learning experiences.

  • Ensuring a safe, supportive, and well-organised classroom thatpromotes students' well-being.


Candidate Expectations:



  • Aqualified teacher status (QTS)withexperience teaching in a primary schoolsetting.

  • Passion for working with young children and a strong commitment to their academic and personal development.

  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skillsto effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.

  • Proven experience in creating engaging lesson plans and adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of primary school students.

  • Athorough understanding of the national curriculumandprimary school teaching standards.

  • An up-to-date CV covering the last ten years, with no unexplained gaps.

  • A validenhanced DBScheck registered onupdate service(or willingness to apply for one)
