FindAUniversity (Part of Keystone Education Group) are looking for a results driven International Inbound Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and to help develop our B2B marketing campaigns and drive new business opportunities for our International Sales Team. You'll support the delivery of marketing campaigns that generate awareness, drive leads, and ultimately encourage our global university clients to advertise with us.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and delivery of B2B marketing campaigns targeting international higher education institutions
- Coordinate multi-channel marketing activity (email, digital, social, content) to generate and nurture leads for the international sales team
- Assist in planning and executing targeted inbound marketing campaigns aligned with team objectives and KPIs
- Help create marketing content and collateral – including landing pages, case studies, email campaigns, sales presentations, and brochures for conferences
- Maintain campaign calendars and track deadlines, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time
- Support reporting and performance tracking across campaigns, monitoring lead quality and conversion metrics (MQLs, SQLs, meeting bookings)
- Collaborate with the Commercial Marketing Manager and International Sales Team to align messaging and campaign goals
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support campaign development
- Assist with event marketing and the promotion of international webinars and conferences
- 1–3 years' experience in a B2B marketing role (B2C will also be considered), ideally in education, or another service based industry
- Familiar with the fundamentals of inbound marketing, lead generation and nurturing
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, particularly for digital channels – we don’t rely on AI for everything!
- Comfortable working with data and able to pull basic performance insights from campaign tools
- Organized, detail focused and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn and grow in a high-performing team
- Ideally some experience with HubSpot (or a similar CRM platform), SEO, LinkedIn Ads or Google Analytics
