Job Description

Food & Beverage Manager

- Directs and coordinates all Food and Beverage operations across outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets.

- Ensures high standards of food quality, service excellence, hygiene are consistently maintained, and monitors guest feedback.

- Collaborates with the Executive Chef and other departments to create innovative dining experiences and promotional events.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

- Experience in a similar position

- Good communication skills in both Bahasa and English

- High school diploma or a hospitality school diploma preferred
