We are proud to be recruiting for a Commissioning Home Manager to open and lead a brand-new, state-of-the-art luxury residential dementia care home in Sheffield. • Full responsibility for commissioning and launching a brand-new luxury dementia care service
• Recruit, lead, and inspire a high-performing, compassionate team
• Oversee all aspects of care quality, compliance, occupancy, and commercial performance
• Build strong relationships with families, local authorities, and healthcare professionals
• Create a warm, welcoming environment where residents can truly thrive

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Home Manager, ideally with previous commissioning success
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• A deep understanding of dementia care and a passion for excellence
• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and the ability to achieve and maintain ‘Outstanding’ ratings
• Commercial acumen and a resident-first mindset
