We have an opportunity for a Instrument Coordinator to join their team of staff in the Theatre department.
This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.

Duties Of This Role Include
- Oversee the preparation and availability of surgical instrumentation, liaising with internal decontamination services and external hospitals where required.
- Ensure all instruments are clean, functional, and delivered to the correct locations in a timely manner to meet daily theatre schedules.
- Assist in the ordering, rotation, and replenishment of theatre consumables, ensuring alignment with Circle Health Group’s preferred suppliers and procurement policies.
- Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking, supporting cost-effective resource utilisation and high theatre readiness.
- Support the theatre team in delivering seamless surgical services, contributing to improved patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Ensure all instrumentation handling complies with hospital policies, infection prevention protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
- Experience working within a theatre environment or clinical support role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic understanding of infection control, instrument handling, and decontamination processes.
- Good communication and teamworking skills with a professional and reliable approach.
