Early Years Teaching Assistant - Level 3+ | Flexible Work Across South Sheffield

Are you a passionate Early Years Practitioner with a Level 3 qualification or higher in EYFS? Are you looking for flexible work that fits around your lifestyle while making a real difference in children's lives?

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Early Years Teaching Assistants to join our team and work across a range of Early Years settings and primary schools in South Sheffield.

• A full and relevant Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, BTEC)

• Experience working in Early Years settings

• Eligibility to be counted in EYFS staffing ratios

• Flexibility to travel across South Sheffield

• Availability for at least 3 days per week

• Willingness to take morning calls from 7am for same-day bookings

• A positive, caring, and proactive attitude

• Support children in their learning and development across nursery and reception classes

• Follow EYFS frameworks and school policies

• Step into a variety of settings and quickly build rapport with staff and children

• Provide cover for both pre-booked roles and emergency, same-day absences
