About the Role:We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. You’ll contribute to a wide variety of creative projects—branding, social media, web assets, and light video editing.Key Responsibilities:* Support the design team in producing high-quality visual content for TikTok and Meta ads* Assist in the creation of marketing materials, social media graphics* Apply basic video editing techniques for reels, stories, and short promos* Collaborate with other departments to deliver engaging and effective visuals* Stay informed on current design trends, platforms, and tools* Take feedback constructively and actively participate in creative discussions* Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with attention to detailRequirements:* Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign at a minimum)* Familiarity with basic video editing principles (e.g., using Premiere Pro or similar tools)* Basic working knowledge of Figma* A solid portfolio showcasing your design work and creative thinking* Strong communication and organisational skills* Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow within a team environment* Interest in design trends, digital culture, and emerging toolsNice to Have:* Exposure to motion graphics (e.g., After Effects)* Understanding of branding and visual storytelling* Experience working with templates and design systems
