We have an excellent opportunity for a Production Technician (Welder/Fabricator) to kickstart your career working with an award-winning team of industry professionals at our client’s Sheffield site.
As a Production Technician you will:
Obtain daily planned work schedule and prepare workstation
Read through job information for each job
Obtain components and jig
Refer to master copy for pattern of product & produce parts
Record job times and attached job sheet to finished parts in allocated area
Clear / prepare workstation ready for next job
Contribute to continuous improvement by highlighting any areas needed for further development and finding solutions with the team
Ensure all Health & Safety rules are adhered to
Report any faults / system errors as appropriate
What’s on offer:
For the role of Production Technician (Welder/Fabricator) there is on offer:
A salary of £25,000 to £27,000 per annum

About You
Are you confident, conscientious and competent?
This role is suited for someone who:
Already has experience in Stainless Steel TIG welding and associated equipment
A strong teamwork ethos
Is eager to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment
Can demonstrate a good attendance record – this is a must
Has the capability to quickly overcome challenges
Can maintain high standards throughout
An interest in motorbikes, cars or motorsport would be advantageous
