We are recruiting experienced Telephone Collections Agents for our client based in Sheffield S3.
These are permanent positions working 37.5 hours over 5 days between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and to include Saturdays.
Salary £26,000 plus bonus with a realistic OTE of up to £40,000.
Working within a friendly and modern office just outside the city centre, you will be making and receiving calls with customers to arrange payment of outstanding debts.
The role will involve-
- Handling difficult conversations in a sensitive and professional manner over the telephone
- Entering accurate records of conversations and agreements onto a customer database
- Following processed and guidelines regarding debt collection
- Working in an open plan, contact centre environment
- Accurately entering payment details correctly first time
Requirements for the role
- Previous call centre and preferably collections or credit control experience is helpful.
- Being comfortable working to targets- earnings increase based on achievements.
- Strong IT skills
- Clear and confident communications skills both in writing and over the telephone as well as being happy making telephone calls to customers.
- Critical thinking skills and being able to ask the right questions.
