Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current end-to-end hardware asset management processes.


• Identify process gaps and inefficiencies.


• Collaborate on designing improved workflows and future-state process maps.


• Provide a detailed process framework for implementation in 2026.


• Support documentation and standardization across regions.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in business process analysis, particularly in IT or hardware asset domains.


• Expertise in process mapping and process improvement.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Effective communication across business and technical stakeholders.


• Familiarity with global organizational structures and compliance standards.
