Key Roles And Responsibilities Include

As a key member of our team you will:

• Ensure the quote to order process is progressing swiftly and within agreed timescales
• Own specific quotes and/or related issues and able to resolve problems with the customer and internal colleagues
• Produce product estimates and quotes
• Work with the technical team to ensure drawings are completed on schedule
• Create sales orders to schedule
• Produce shipping estimates and manage shipping to schedule
• Assist the Head of Sales/Sales Managers with customer communication where necessary, alerting them to any issues
• Ensure all records are accurate in our CRM and other filing systems
  
  

We Require

Someone who has experience working in a manufacturing background, ideally collaborating with sales, technical, customer service, production departments. You will be meticulous in keeping systems, particularly CRM up to date and be confident with daily use of IT systems. You will need to be a problem solver, willing to be flexible in order to help colleagues and customers alike. You will be able to manage conflicting priorities and demands calmly and complete tasks accurately, regardless of the challenge. You will have excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
