Role Overview:

We are building a new Content Publishing team to help millions of students find the right study program. As Senior Product Manager, you will lead the development of products that automatically discover, extract, and combine data from the web and structured sources to generate large-scale, high-quality content about education institutions and programs. Your product will help students make informed decisions about their ideal study program and convert that interest into qualified enquiries for institutions.

You will work closely with a dedicated team of eight engineers, using AI to build tools that create, manage, and optimise content designed to support students as they compare and choose study options.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the product vision and roadmap for AI-driven content publishing.

  • Work with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to build scalable tools for data extraction, enrichment, and automated content creation.

  • Translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric product features.

  • Continually optimise the student experience to ensure the content produced is accurate, high-quality, and aligned with students’ decision-making needs.

  • Collaborate with SEO, marketing, and content teams to maximise student reach and engagement.

  • Analyse user behaviour and feedback to continuously improve product performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in AI, data, or content automation.

  • Strong understanding of NLP, LLMs, and data pipelines.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional product teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience building products that serve consumer needs at scale.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Passion for helping students make better education decisions.

Nice to Have

  • Background in search, content platforms, or education technology.

  • Familiarity with SEO-driven content strategy.

  • Experience in early-stage product development or zero-to-one projects.

Why Join Us?

  • Take ownership of core data products that directly impact customers and internal teams.

  • Work in a small, focused team with high visibility and responsibility.

  • Join a mission-driven, international company with flexible working options.

What's the team like?

You will join the Publishing Squad and be a part of a larger Product & tech team consisting of 30+ engineers and product managers from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Collaborative, ambitious and driven best describes us. You will be joining a strong and growing team with great chemistry who are passionate about what they do and always go the extra mile to reach their goals.
